Do you deliver to...?
Typically we deliver to anywhere throughout the UK and Ireland using the DHL courier service which we have found very reliable. We can fulfill international orders but on such a large and heavy item expect a considerable postage charge!

How long does delivery take?
Usually carpets are delivered within 5 business days but allow up to a week, Ireland and the Highlands and Islands can sometimes take a day or two longer, you can find more details of the service on our red carpet delivery page.

Can you send me a sample?
Yes we can! We’re very proud of the quality of our red carpets and we’re always happy to send out a 100cm x 25cm sample in any of the available colours to potential customers.

How big are the red carpets you sell?
Thanks to considerable expertise in the market we offer some of the largest red carpets in the UK up to 2m wide and 30m long, unlike many of our competitors who would send you three or four panels of carpet you would have to stick together, our 30m carpets are just one long piece of material.

How can I pay for my red carpet?
We offer a wide variety of ways to pay accepting all major credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa and Switch) as well as Paypal and Direct Debits.

Do you offer any other colours?
Following customer demand we now offer a variety of colours and can always consider adding more, besides the classic red carpet we can also provide pure white, pure black and black with silver frosting for a great evening look.

Are the carpets good quality?
